This time it will not be any compact reportage, just a few pictures from my whole weekend.

07-05-2006 Kozárovce - Kozárovce and Arborethum Mlyňany

This weekend I was at home in Kozarovce village. On Sunday we had a work off day and we (me and my mother) visited great botanical graden in Tesarske Mlynany. There is huge collection of flora, greatest in middle Europe. We decided to go there by bikes, it's only 16km from our village. But this bike ride was not so easy as I supposed.

The garden is beautiful, and very large. I guess we walked trougn quarter part of it only. There is a lot of little roads, where from you can look up to incredible amount of plants. A posted only few of pictures, later I'll give process other.

Thats are our new hens, they are little naked on necks, becouse their previous residence was not so kind as ours.

01-05-2006 Bratislava - Botanic garden

On 1.st may I was in the otanic garden in Bratislava. I guessed it to be a little park under La Franconi bridge. No way. It's beautiful garden with tropical flora in glasshouse, benches and a lot of plants of course. It's opened daily 9h am - 18h pm, glasshouses are opened to 15h pm (on weekends to 18 pm).

If somebody want to take photos in glasshouses, note that there is terrible hot. I was sweating like a little pig in Polartec sweatshirt :-)

If you haven't enouh time to go out of the city, go to this beautiful garden. Entrance fee is 40.-Sk, if you want to shot a pohotos, you must pay double (80.- Sk) :-(
