17-02-2007 Prague - Homework : Portrait from streets

I tried to start with our new homework from photo school today. It's a portrait from streets, which have to reflect person's emotions. That's pretty hard, but also a big fun (if you exclude possibility that you can be attacked by another person).

We (me and my uncle) walked by the main Prague stream - from "Karluv most" to "Staromestske namesti". Fortunately, most people were impressed with historical monuments or some other Prague's jewels, so I started my shots without problem.

I used uncle's Sigma 70-300 tele lens (uncle keep decent distance from me :-) ), with which I'll make probably all other ones in this blog entry.

10-02-2007 Prague - Botanic garden orchid's exhibition

I'm ill a little bit. But - I saw a poster about botanic garden - there is a orchid's flower exhibition. So I take my camera and start off the way to Troja, where botanic garden is located. The flowers are exhibited in glass house called Fata Morgana. There is a lot of flora's exhibited all the time. But now they add some orchid's. Maybe it's becouse I;m ill, but I was not fascinated this time.

Inside the glass house there is tropical climate with terrible high humidity. It's very good for camera lens :-)

03-02-2007 Nemojov - Relax at friend

I spent my last weekend before start of work at friend's house near Dvur Kralove town. The weather was not very well during first day, but second day of my vacation was shiny.

I feel like on a cottage, becouse of great (closed) fire place inside of house. We used it as replacement to TV during long evenings.

What is very important for me is great nature all around there. Friend's daughter Martina took me to a trip around the village, it's really uncomparable to Prague. But everything has advantages and disadvantages, that's life.

Next day we took a walk with friend Richard, so here are som photos. There is no big story behind them, they were created as we went in the forrest.
